3. Hang for 100 seconds without touching the ground
4. Complete it and walk away with $100 cash

RULES & REQUIREMENTS

• $20 per attempt. No refunds for early drops.
• Must hang using full bodyweight for the entire 100 seconds.
• Hands must start on the bar before the timer begins.
• No re-gripping, twisting, sliding, or shifting hand position once the timer starts.
• Overhand grip only. No mixed grip allowed.
• No hooking elbows or forearms over the bar.
• No touching the ground or any support structure, including the padded bar beneath the feet.
• No kicking, pushing off, or bracing against the tower at any time.
• Bar is fixed and does not spin.
• Chalk is provided. No outside chalk or grip aids allowed.
• No gloves, straps, wraps, tape, or adhesives of any kind.
• Timer stops immediately when hands release or any part of the body makes contact with the ground or support structure.
• Judge’s decision is final. No exceptions.
